Overview: LegitScript is looking for a commercially minded and pragmatic Corporate Counsel / Staff Attorney to join our growing legal team

This is a hands-on role well suited to a lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, small-company environment and enjoys working across a broad range of legal matters with meaningful autonomy

You will be a key legal resource for the business, supporting commercial contracting, employment law matters, and litigation risk management, while partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams

What You'll Do: Commercial Contracting Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of customer and vendor commercial agreements, including SaaS and technology agreements, master services agreements, NDAs, data processing agreements, and vendor contracts

Serve as a trusted business partner to sales, account management, product, and operations teams, providing practical legal guidance that supports deal velocity without compromising risk management
