You are customer-focused and excited by the prospect of supporting our newly enrolled customers
You have the ability to listen, understand customer needs, resolve problems, instill confidence, and coach/train to get new customers on track to success
Your objective is to work with newly enrolled Pros to build a customized onboarding plan tailored to their specific needs and anchored on their specific goals
