Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Executive Business Partner to support the CFO

This role involves high-level strategic support spanning startup dynamics, DTC business operations, and finance

The successful candidate will enable effective decision-making, streamline operational workflows, and contribute to scaling efforts

This is a remote opportunity open to candidates based in Canada, offering the chance to collaborate closely with senior leadership in an entrepreneurial environment

Key Responsibilities Own and manage the CFO’s calendar, inbox, priorities, and follow-through across multiple workstreams, ensuring high-impact items are prioritized and executed

Act as a true execution partner , bridging communication between leadership, vendors, legal, finance, operations, and external stakeholders

Support business operations and strategic initiatives , helping drive accountability, tracking deliverables, and ensuring projects move forward
