THE COMPANY Careerminds is a leader in career transition and coaching solutions, helping organizations support employees through change while enabling workforce growth and development
Our product portfolio includes market-leading Career Transition and Coaching Services as well as Progression, our application for Career Frameworks and progression planning
THE ROLE Responsible for providing effective career development and job search consulting to Careerminds outplacement participants on an individual and/or group basis as directed
This is a 100% remote, 1099 contract role
THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Establishes rapport with participants and motivates them to achieve goals
Guides participants through the coaching process and milestone completion
Advises and coaches on career development, transition issues, and career options
Coaches on résumé writing, effective marketing techniques, interviewing, and negotiating
Documents the service delivery record in the Career Management System (CMS) for each employee serviced, according to our pre- and post-engagement guidelines
Deliver other transition-related programs at the direction of a Manager
THE MUST-HAVES Expertise in Career Development including Career Planning, branding, resume development, interviewing, networking, social networking, internet job search, etc
Minimum of 3-5 years of business experience and understanding of organizational structures, cultures, and decision-making processes
