Key Responsibilities Represent the organization in litigation, hearings, and dispute resolution processes

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with flawless English accuracy

Provide legal advice on corporate, civil, and regulatory matters

Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and reports

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across jurisdictions

Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to manage legal risks

Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards in all legal matters. 🎓 Qualifications Education : Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree; advanced legal certifications preferred
