We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Creators team and lead the evolution of how our content, starting with props, is created, managed, and brought to life in VRChat

This is a high-impact role focused on shaping interaction systems and UI across desktop, VR and mobile

This role is focused on shaping how players experience and interact with objects in the world, from companions to campfires and beyond

While this role is primarily focused on Content and Props, your influence will extend across the broader creator toolkit over time

What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end design for core props workflows

Define player-facing interactions for new content types, such as companions, environmental objects, and interactive items

Define interaction models, affordances, and behavioral systems that make props intuitive and engaging in immersive social contexts

Explore and establish new UX patterns for spatial and presence-based interaction, including how players discover, use, and share props in-world

Translate technical concepts into approachable UX through thoughtful flows, clear visual hierarchy, and user-friendly microcopy

Partner closely with engineers to ensure interactions feel responsive, performant, and grounded in technical reality
