Scrum Master/Project Manager_Offshore

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to serve as a servant-leader and Agile coach for distributed development squads working across multiple transformation workstreams

The Scrum Master will drive Agile delivery by facilitating ceremonies, removing blockers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and transparency

This role is central to ensuring alignment, efficiency, and collaboration across initiatives such as AI Automation Tooling , RPP App Migration , Performance Testing , and legacy system support

Key Responsibilities Agile Facilitation & Team Support Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog grooming)

Ensure clear sprint goals , backlog prioritization, and alignment to program-level objectives

Track sprint metrics (velocity, burn-downs) and proactively address deviations or delivery risks

Coaching & Process Improvement Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles , values, and SAFe framework best practices

Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, facilitating retrospectives, and implementing actionable outcomes

Impediment Removal & Shielding Actively identify and resolve delivery blockers or dependencies across onshore and offshore squads

Shield the team from external disruptions and foster a safe, productive environment

Workstream Collaboration Coordinate Agile execution across multiple workstreams including: AI Automation Tooling – AI-driven code transformation, testing, and validation RPP App Migration – Legacy-to-modern platform migration Performance Load and Stress Testing – Ensuring system scalability and resilience Legacy Platform Support – Supporting ongoing requirements from the legacy C/C++ environment Required Qualifications Certifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification is required
