About the role We're a fast-growing B2B Google Ads agency based in Dubai, serving clients across the UAE and wider GCC
We're hiring a senior account manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio of B2B lead generation accounts
This role is for someone who thrives in a founder-led environment, takes full ownership of their work, and is comfortable operating without rigid structure
You'll manage accounts end-to-end, from campaign optimisation and conversion tracking through to landing page input and client reporting
We're not looking for someone who follows a checklist
We want a critical thinker who takes initiative, spots problems before they become problems, and treats client accounts as if they were their own business
What you'll be doing Manage ~20 Google Ads accounts independently across different B2B industries Run ongoing optimisation, testing, and performance analysis Build and maintain offline conversion tracking setups (a core differentiator for our agency) Produce monthly performance reports and strategic insights for client reviews Analyse lead quality using CRM data and Google Sheets, not just platform metrics Contribute to landing page strategy and CRO recommendations Maintain clean change logs and account documentation Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and client retention Collaborate directly with the founder on agency strategy and process improvements Types of clients you'll manage Our clients are small-to-medium B2B businesses in the UAE and GCC
