We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Internal Communications to define and lead how we communicate with our employees, shaping our internal voice, and ensuring our employees are informed, aligned, and inspired

This is a high-impact, highly visible, and hands-on role for a strategic communicator who is equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up their sleeves to execute

The Role As Senior Manager, Internal Communications, you will lead and evolve GoFundMe ’s internal communications strategy and execution

You’ll partner closely with executive leadership and the People team to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact across all employee communications

This role reports to the Director of Corporate Communications and works cross-functionally with leadership across the company

What You’ll Do Define and lead internal communications strategy Establish a clear, scalable approach to how we communicate with employees, across channels, audiences, and moments that matter

Shape and operationalize our internal voice Develop a consistent voice and narrative for employee communications, ensuring alignment across executives and teams

Lead internal executive communications Partner with senior leaders to craft thoughtful, clear, and effective communications to employees
