We have an exciting Sales role within our Health Research business with Ovid Technologies as a Senior Sales and Business Development Rep for the EBP, Research and QI Workflow solution, Ovid Synthesis
The Senior Sales and Business Development Rep is responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with decision makers and influencers
Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales plan that includes new and existing sales strategies for large key accounts
This position will collaborate closely with colleagues from the Ovid Sales Team to establish new sales of Ovid Synthesis at existing accounts, while also working independently to create secure new deals
Your role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our company
Focused primarily on generating new business, you will be at the forefront of expanding our client base and forging valuable partnerships with Hospitals and Health Systems in the Central United States Key Responsibilities: New Deal Generation: Proactively seek out and identify potential clients and opportunities, with a primary focus on closing new business deals
Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure alignment with our target market and business objectives
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to approach and engage prospective clients, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs
