The Role: As a Tax Manager within Paddle’s Tax team, you will play a central role in a complex and expanding tax function that is integral to Paddle’s business model

With tax at the heart of Paddle’s value proposition as a Merchant of Record, the team is recognised as a key driver of the company’s overall strategy

You will report directly to the VP of Tax and will take ownership of tax accounting, reporting, and mixed compliance activities across the organisation

You’ll work as part of a collaborative global team of 10 with the ability to draw on the support of other managers and analysts within the group to deliver outcomes across both direct and indirect tax matters

The ideal candidate is technically strong and growing in their autonomy, capable of owning tax processes end-to-end while building their profile as a trusted cross-functional partner

You will serve as a go-to technical resource across the broader business on both compliance and commercial tax matters, and play an active role in shaping how the tax function evolves

This role is to be based in London, UK, with the aim to be in office 1-2 times a week
