Bengaluru’s commercial real estate landscape is set for a major boost as Knowledge Realty, a prominent real estate investment and development firm, has announced plans to invest ₹700 crore in the city’s office space sector. The ambitious investment is expected to significantly expand the supply of Grade-A office stock and support the growing demand from IT and tech-driven enterprises.
According to company sources, the ₹700 crore allocation will be deployed over the next 24–36 months to develop multiple high-rise office complexes across strategic micro-markets such as Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, and the Outer Ring Road (ORR) corridor. These areas have emerged as key hubs for multinational corporations (MNCs), startups, and global capability centers (GCCs) due to their proximity to talent pools and infrastructure advantages.
