In a landmark move for Karnataka’s industrial growth, the state government and Toyota Kirloskar Motor have signed a ₹1,200-crore agreement to establish the world’s first ‘BizIntel Hub’ at KWIN City in Bengaluru. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on Monday, May 25, marking the first major investment to materialise in KWIN City, a futuristic industrial township being developed between Dobbspet and Doddaballapur. The agreement was inked by Principal Secretary of the Industries Department, S. Selvakumar, and Toyota’s Chief Operating Officer and Director of Special Projects, Sudeep Dalvi, in the presence of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Large and Medium Industries Minister M.B. Patil.
