Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) president Anbumani Ramadoss on Monday launched a scathing attack on former DMK allies who had campaigned for M.K. Stalin’s chief ministership but later extended support to the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK). Speaking to reporters at Kuttalam, near Mayiladuthurai, Dr. Ramadoss said the public was closely observing these political shifts. “Parties such as the Congress, the Communists, Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (VCK), and the Indian Union Muslim League campaigned hard saying Stalin should become Chief Minister. They won with DMK’s support and have now sided with TVK. The people are watching all this,” he remarked.
