- •ಸರ್ಕಾರವು namaz ಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಭಕ್ತಾದಿಗಳ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಯ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಸಕಾಲಿಕ ಸುರಕ್ಷಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿತ್ತು.

On the occasion of Bakrid, devout prayers were held at mosques and Eidgahs across Karnataka. Today (June 17, 2024), members of the Muslim community observed the Eid prayers with utmost devotion and fervour. The prayers were held in major cities of Karnataka, including Bengaluru, Mangaluru, Hubballi, Dharwad, and Mysuru, among others.
Large crowds gathered to offer namaz at prominent mosques such as the Jama Masjid in Bengaluru, the Abbas Ali Shah Dargah, and several other key mosques. While over 5,000 people offered the Eid prayers at the Jama Masjid in Bengaluru, more than 3,000 people participated in the prayers at mosques in Mangaluru. Following the prayers, families and friends celebrated the festival by sharing sweets.
