Monday ko association ne Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) par aane wale logon ko chhaas ke packets distribute kiye, jo ki government offices jaise Police Commissionerate, District Collectorate aur Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) ke offices par laga hote hain. Yeh soch-vichaar bhara kadam BAI ke summer ke dauran community ko serve karne ke efforts ka hissa hai.
