The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will begin the re-evaluation process today for students who are dissatisfied with their marks in the Class 12 board examinations conducted in 2026. According to a notification issued by CBSE, interested students can apply for a recheck of their answer sheets starting today, 20 May 2025. The entire process will be conducted online, allowing students to apply conveniently from their homes using a mobile phone or computer.
The last date to apply for re-evaluation has been set for 27 May 2025. Students can submit their applications through the official CBSE websites—cbse.gov.in or cbseit.in. While applying, students will need to enter their roll number, school code, and other required details. Additionally, a fee of ₹100 per subject has been fixed for re-evaluation, which can be paid online. The application will be considered complete only after the successful payment of the fee.
