Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) ne Class 12 ke students ke liye answer sheets ki re-evaluation ke liye online portal June 2, 2026 ko launch kiya — jo ek din late hai. Tuesday dopahar tak, Board ne kaha ki 16,000+ students ne verification aur re-evaluation ke liye applications submit kar diye hain. Portal ko June 1 ko launch hona tha, lekin ek din late ho gaya.
CBSE portal do services offer karta hai: scanned answer sheets ki scanned copies mein issues ko verify karna aur specific questions ki re-evaluation. Portal 6 June 2026 ki midnight tak khula rahega, aur sirf online hi applications accept kiye jaenge. Offline applications accept nahi honge, aur late requests process nahi honge. Board ne clear kiya hai ki details lock hone ke baad aur payment ho jaane ke baad koi correction possible nahi hai.
Portal launch hote hi students ne multiple technical issues report kiye. Bahut se students ne login fail hone ki problem face ki, bhi correct credentials (roll number, date of birth, captcha) enter karne ke baad bhi. Heavy server traffic ki wajah se website submission ke time responsive nahi raha. Mobile users ko aur bhi zyada problems aayi — text overlap, unclickable buttons, aur bar-bar blank screens. In glitches ki wajah se students ko multiple times submission restart karna pada.
Technical issues ke alawa, CBSE ne reveal kiya ki uske portal par cyber threats bhi hue. Board ke according, malicious actors ne DoS (Denial of Service) attack launch kiya, jismein sirf 2 minutes mein 1.5 million hits generate hue. Saath hi, 100,000+ unauthorized file access attempts bhi hue. CBSE ne kaha ki unhone platform ko students ke feedback ke basis par refine kiya hai, jismein session time limits extend karna bhi shamil hai usability improve karne ke liye.
Students verification ke liye apply kar sakte hain issues jaise missing pages, supplementary sheets, maps, graphs, blurred pages, galat answer books, ya different set ke against evaluation. Re-evaluation ke liye bhi ek ya zyada subjects ke ek ya zyada questions ki re-evaluation request kar sakte hain, jismein question number aur page number provide karna hoga. Board ne allow kiya hai ki ek hi application mein multiple subjects aur issues ko include kiya ja sake. Students ko login karne ke liye Aadhaar number enter karna hoga, security reasons ke liye. Agar kisi student ke paas Aadhaar nahi hai, toh wo parent, guardian, ya relative ke Aadhaar details use kar sakte hain, buss is condition ke saath ki name, date of birth, aur gender match kare.
CBSE ₹100 per answer book verification ke liye charge karta hai, aur ₹25 per question re-evaluation ke liye. Students ko apne request ko finalize karne ke liye ‘Freeze’ aur ‘Proceed to payment’ buttons click karne hote hain; ek baar yeh ho jaane ke baad details edit nahi ki ja sakte. Successful submission tab confirm hoti hai jab online payment complete ho jaati hai. Applicants apne requests ki status portal par track kar sakte hain.
Legal experts ne mandatory Aadhaar authentication requirement par concerns zahaar kiye hain. Unka kehna hai ki Supreme Court ne pehle hi yeh ruling di hai ki mandatory Aadhaar authentication unconstitutional hai. Ek cybersecurity researcher aur privacy advocate (jo anonymity ki condition par baat kar rahe hain) ne argue kiya hai ki Aadhaar verification unnecessary friction add karta hai aur impersonation ko prevent nahi karta agar koi determined ho toh system ko bypass karne ke liye.
