The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has faced widespread technical glitches in its re-evaluation process, causing significant inconvenience to students and parents. Taking a stern view of the issue, the Union government has directed Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan to seek a detailed report from CBSE on the technical failures. According to sources, the minister has asked CBSE to explain why the servers crashed during the re-evaluation process and what issues arose in the payment gateway. Students have reported complaints ranging from portal crashes and failed payments to blurred or incomplete scanned copies of their answer sheets.
