NIA officials revealed that the investigation has uncovered the involvement of a terror outfit in the incident.
According to local media reports, Dr. Umar Chawre is suspected of carrying out the blast. Reports state that the explosion on February 21 in Delhi’s Puthussheri killed the 55-year-old owner of a local shop. Additionally, two others were seriously injured, as per the reports. The recovery of plastic bottles, batteries, and wires from the scene raised suspicions of a bomb explosion.
