A tragic incident occurred near a small railway station in Firozabad district on Wednesday morning, in which a civil engineer from Nagpur lost his life after falling from a train. According to police officials, evidence found at the scene and CCTV footage revealed that the victim had lost his balance while leaning out of the train compartment’s window at night and fell onto the tracks.
The station in-charge officer stated that the incident came to light around 5:30 AM when train staff found an unconscious person lying on the tracks. He was immediately taken to a nearby government hospital, where doctors declared him dead. The deceased has been identified as Rahul Sharma (name provided by family), a 32-year-old civil engineer from Nagpur. His family was informed, and his body was sent to Nagpur for the last rites on Wednesday evening.
