Uttar Pradesh Police ne Saharanpur jile ki ek aurat aur uski beti ke khilaf First Information Report (FIR) darj ki hai. In par ilzaam hai ki woh valid documents ke bina Bharat mein reh rahi hain aur Pakistan ki intelligence agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) se suspected links hain. Police sources ke mutabik, FIR Foreigners Act, 1946, Passports Act, 1967, aur Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (UAPA) ke kai sections ke tahat darj ki gayi hai. Accused, jo 52 saal ki Farzana aur uski 20 saal ki beti Ayesha hain, reportedly jile mein valid residential ya citizenship documents ke bina reh rahi thi. Investigation se pata chala hai ki woh kai saal pehle tourist visas par Bharat mein aayi thi aur apne permitted duration se zyada reh gayi.
