The incident occurred at the old bus stand in Ijja town, where a group of students and their friends had gone out for an evening stroll. During this time, they bought and ate panipuri from a roadside stall. Initially, everything seemed normal, but soon after, the girls began experiencing severe stomach pain, vomiting, and diarrhea. As their condition worsened, their families rushed them to a nearby hospital.
