Officials have announced the completion of India’s tallest building in Gurgaon, Haryana. Standing over 350 metres tall, this ultra-modern skyscraper is modelled after the design of the Burj Khalifa. The project is expected to give the city’s skyline a new dimension.
The building, named ‘India Tower,’ is located in the DLF-5 area of Gurgaon and has 100 floors. Construction began in 2021 and continued even during the COVID-19 pandemic. International architects and engineers were involved in the project.
The tower is said to rise 354 metres in height, surpassing Mumbai’s World One (280 metres), currently the tallest building in the country. The construction cost is reported to be around ₹1,500 crore.
The building will primarily serve as a commercial complex, featuring office spaces, luxury residential areas, and shopping malls. It will also include hotels, conference halls, and an observation deck offering panoramic views of Gurgaon.
Authorities believe the tower will be a landmark in Gurgaon’s development and skyline, playing a key role in transforming the city into a global business hub.
