According to court records, the incident reportedly took place in December 2023 when the victim, a 15-year-old girl, was brought to a private diagnostic center in Bengaluru for a medical examination. Dr. Kumar, who was on duty that day, is alleged to have sexually assaulted the minor during the procedure.
