The film has stormed the box office, raking in a staggering ₹258.85 crore in just 14 days of its release. Not only has this become Suriya’s biggest career success, but Trisha Krishnan’s performance has also captivated audiences.
The 13th day of *Kuruppu* was equally impressive. On Wednesday, the film earned ₹4.45 crore in India. While this marked a 10.1% dip from the previous day, such fluctuations are typical during weekdays. Experts suggest that earnings often dip midweek but are expected to rebound over the weekend. The film’s gross collection has now reached ₹188.85 crore.
The film’s overseas performance has been equally stellar. *Kuruppu* has already earned over ₹70 crore from international markets alone. On its 13th day abroad, it grossed ₹4 crore, with 4,558 shows held. The occupancy rate stood at 21.1%. Tamil Nadu contributed ₹3.30 crore, while the Telugu market earned ₹0.70 crore. Within India, the film has amassed ₹163.20 crore so far.
