Mumbai, June 2, 2026: The Maharashtra Cabinet, led by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, has approved a comprehensive farm loan waiver scheme covering agricultural loans up to ₹2 lakh. The decision, taken during a high-level meeting held on Tuesday, is set to benefit approximately 56 lakh farmers across the state.
