Meera has been identified as a resident of a small town in Mathura. She was previously arrested in 2019 in a case related to arms smuggling. At that time, she was found involved in arms trafficking. The ongoing investigation has revealed that she had been spying for Pakistan for a long time. After monitoring her activities, the Uttar Pradesh ATS has prepared to arrest her.
Meera is accused of using her e-rickshaw business as a cover. Through this, she visited various government and non-government institutions and gathered sensitive information from there. She passed on this information to her handlers located in Pakistan. Her activities came to light when the Uttar Pradesh ATS began investigating her background.
