According to the complaint, the woman employee at ‘Tech Solutions’, an IT firm in Nashik, was allegedly coerced into changing her religion, with the promise of a promotion if she did so. Upon learning of the incident, Minister Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil has directed the Nashik District Collector to take immediate action. He has also instructed the Collector to investigate the matter thoroughly and ensure justice for the victim.
