Nashik, Maharashtra – A woman has levelled serious allegations of rape against an IT company based in Nashik. She claims that employees of the company subjected her to exploitation and forced her to convert her religion. This case has surfaced following a similar incident at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where another woman had made comparable allegations.
In her statement, the woman alleged that she was physically exploited under the pretext of being given a job at the company, and was later coerced into converting her religion. She claimed that several employees of the company colluded to exploit her and pressurised her into changing her faith. The woman has filed a police complaint and demanded an investigation into the matter.
Local police officials have confirmed that they have initiated an inquiry based on the woman’s complaint. They stated that she has named certain employees of the company in her statement, against whom action will be taken. The police have said that they will soon arrest the accused and probe the matter thoroughly.
