Recent operations by the Delhi Police Special Cell and central agencies have revealed that Bhatti is orchestrating the group’s propaganda and operational activities from Pakistan. Investigations further indicate that the organisation was instructed to add an ‘S’ to its name, signifying that these operations were under Bhatti’s direct leadership. Funding for these activities was also being channelled from Pakistan.
