Complaint of Misbehavior Against BBMP Staff; People Continuously Facing Trouble

Serious allegations have been made against the staff of the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP). A BBMP corporator has filed a complaint stating that the staff are consistently displaying misbehavior. In this regard, they have informed that people are continuously facing trouble. Local corporators have expressed concern over the behavior of BBMP staff operating in various parts of Bengaluru city. If the staff do not control their attitude while dealing with the public, cases of misbehavior are increasing, resulting in people facing trouble in their daily activities, according to the corporator. In the same context, locals have emphasized that the BBMP administration should immediately address these allegations and provide suitable training to the staff to improve their behavior. They have stressed that such allegations are not acceptable for BBMP, being a public service organization. Moreover, the BBMP corporator is willing to take steps within their jurisdiction to resolve the issue. As more and more complaints are being received from the public, it is essential for the BBMP administration to take action to find a quick solution to the problem.
