Addressing a public gathering in Siliguri, West Bengal, Prime Minister Narendra Modi showcased his signature blend of humour and wit. Speaking at the rally held on Sunday, he quipped, *"This Madam isn't willing to listen."* His remark drew laughter from the entire stage. He went on to add that the opposition only talks but does no groundwork.
During the rally, Modi emphasised the development works in West Bengal and criticised the state government, stating that connectivity and infrastructure development were being neglected. He appealed to the people of West Bengal to support the Centre's efforts towards development. In his speech, he also highlighted key issues such as Digital India, Aatmanirbhar Bharat (Self-Reliant India), and women's empowerment.
