Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh – The Pradeshik Vikas Pradhikaran (PDA) is gearing up to develop a new township, from which it expects to earn up to ₹1,500 crore purely through plot sales. Administrative preparations for this project have been expedited. According to PDA officials, the township will be developed in the outskirts of the city, where large tracts of land are available.
Under the project, PDA will acquire the identified land parcels. The land will then be divided into plots of varying sizes and sold at market rates. Officials estimate that revenue from plot sales will not only generate substantial profits for the PDA but also contribute to the city’s development. The plan includes both residential and commercial plots.
