The Punjab Police’s intelligence unit carried out the operation this morning. According to sources, the raid was conducted with the assistance of jail authorities, during which two inmates were arrested. Speaking on the matter, Faridkot’s Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Dr. Satinder Singh stated that strict measures are being taken to curb the inflow of narcotics inside the jail.
