Another violent incident has been reported in the national capital, Delhi. Police have registered a case after a woman was allegedly gang-raped in a sleeper bus. The incident occurred near Pragati Maidan in Delhi. According to the complaint, the woman was walking on the street when she was forcibly taken into a sleeper bus. Subsequently, the driver, conductor, and one other person allegedly gang-raped her.
According to police sources, the incident took place on the evening of December 15. It is reported that the woman was on her way to meet her friend when she was pushed into the bus. After being forced into the bus, she was allegedly assaulted and gang-raped. When the woman started screaming, other passengers on the bus took notice and called the police. The bus was then stopped, and three people, including the driver and conductor, were arrested by the police.
The driver has been identified as Rajesh Kumar (35), and the conductor as Aman Sharma (28). Police are trying to identify the third person involved. The Delhi Police, who are investigating the incident, stated that the woman was taken for a medical examination and is currently in stable condition.
