A one-day training programme under the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan was organised in Piparahi block of Shivhar district, Bihar, with the aim of enhancing the quality of education. The programme was held at the local primary school premises, where teachers and Shiksha Mitras from various schools in the block actively participated.
During the inauguration, the Block Education Officer (BEO) emphasised the need to acquaint teachers with modern teaching methods and techniques. He stressed that teachers must be equipped in line with the National Education Policy 2020 to provide children with quality education. The programme featured Mr. Rakesh Kumar, an expert from the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), as the lead trainer. He provided detailed insights on the creation and use of teaching-learning materials.
