On the centenary of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), the organisation has urged the adoption of ‘Panch Parivartan’—a five-pronged approach aimed at bringing sweeping changes in society. Based on five core principles, this initiative is designed to foster positive transformation at both individual and collective levels. Senior RSS leaders have emphasised that embracing these principles can help build a more organised, healthier, and self-reliant society.
Under ‘Panch Parivartan’, the first principle is *Swyam Parivartan* (self-transformation), urging individuals to first reform themselves. The second is *Parivar Parivartan* (family transformation), promoting love, harmony, and mutual cooperation among family members. The third, *Samaj Parivartan* (societal transformation), focuses on fostering unity and cohesion across different social strata. The fourth, *Rashtra Parivartan* (national transformation), seeks to instil a spirit of dedication towards the country’s progress and development. The fifth and final principle is *Vishwa Parivartan* (global transformation), aimed at promoting peace and goodwill on an international scale.
