Raviryal, Maheshwaram Mandal, Rangareddy district mein chhote chhote 4 land parcels ki e-auction karke ₹140 crore kamaye. Ye plots Future City development zone mein hain, jo Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (Shamshabad) ke paas hain. Real estate developers ne bade shauk se is auction mein hissa liya.
Telangana Housing Board ke Vice Chairman, V.P. Gautham ne confirm kiya ki maximum bid ₹83,500 per square yard tak pahuncha, jo is area ke prime real estate ki strong valuation dikhata hai. Total 17 companies ne is auction mein competition ki, jo Hyderabad ke international gateway ke paas high-growth locations mein investors ke interest ko dikhata hai. Jo 1,113 square yards ka plot tha, usko ₹83,500 per square yard ke top bid mila—ye recent auctions mein sabse high rates mein se ek hai. Ek aur bade plot, jo lagbhag 6,000 square yards ka tha, ₹62,500 per square yard par becha gaya, jo is corridor mein land ki premium value ko aur highlight karta hai.
