The drama unfolded at a well-known jewellery store in the Sadasiv Peth area of Nashik. Around 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, two masked men entered the shop, both brandishing firearms. Their target: the high-value jewellery on display. However, the store owner—a woman—met their aggression with quick thinking and courage, managing to chase the intruders away despite the threat of violence.

CCTV footage clearly shows the men forcing their way into the shop and confronting the owner. Using her presence of mind, she managed to intimidate them into retreating, after which the robbers fled the scene. The owner promptly informed the police and provided a detailed account of the incident. Acting swiftly, the authorities launched an investigation and later apprehended both suspects. Police confirmed that the accused, residents of Paunar in Nashik, have prior criminal records.
