Saigal and Justice Govind Shridhar passed the order revoking her bail.
Giribala Singh is an accused in the Twisha M film case. Earlier, she had secured anticipatory bail from the Bhopal Sessions Court. However, the Madhya Pradesh High Court has now set aside this bail and directed her to appear without bail. This ruling has come as a major setback for her.
The case pertains to the alleged cheating incident in the Twisha M film. Twisha was booked in 2019 for allegedly duping investors in the film. Giribala Singh’s husband and Twisha’s father, Girish Singh, is also an accused in the case. Giribala Singh, a former judge, had applied for anticipatory bail, which the High Court has now rejected after reconsideration.
