New Delhi, June 14: The Outer Delhi police have arrested six individuals, including two minors, for allegedly abducting and robbing a motorcyclist in the Narela area on Thursday night. The incident, which has sent shockwaves through the local community, unfolded around 9:30 PM when the victim, a 28-year-old man, was riding his motorcycle near the Narela bus stand.
According to the police, the accused intercepted the victim, forced him off his bike, and took him to a secluded spot where they allegedly robbed him of his mobile phone, wallet, and cash amounting to ₹15,000. The accused then fled the scene, leaving the victim stranded. A passerby later helped the victim contact the police, who registered a case under sections 365 (kidnapping or abducting with intent to secretly confine), 392 (punishment for robbery), and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
