New Delhi, May 25, 2026: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has strongly rejected the notion that the satirical “Cockroach Janta Party (CJP)” reflects widespread discontent among India’s youth, asserting that young Indians continue to stand firmly behind Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Speaking at an event organized by the Women Journalist Welfare Trust in New Delhi, Saini dismissed CJP as a temporary online phenomenon with no real support base. He highlighted that the youth’s faith in Modi remains unshaken, especially as the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) prepares to project the Prime Minister as its face in the upcoming Punjab Assembly elections, scheduled for early next year.
