The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has found itself embroiled in a controversy after allegations surfaced that an AI-generated image was used in an official social media post. Entrepreneur Deedy Das (DD) accused the CBSE of using a ChatGPT-generated image to reassure the public about security measures. The issue came to light when a 19-year-old hacker claimed to have breached the CBSE’s Online Mark Sheet Scanner (OSM) platform. However, the CBSE had already dismissed these claims, stating that the compromised platform was merely a test system and not part of the main infrastructure.
