New Delhi, 28 May 2026: In today's era, security has become a major challenge, especially for women and those trapped in insecure situations. With this challenge in mind, the 'Say Help' app has been developed, which provides immediate assistance in emergency situations. This voice-activated app is triggered simply by saying 'HELP HELP HELP' and sends real-time video, audio, and GPS location directly to the police and emergency contacts. Recently, the app played a lifesaving role in a case involving a female Supreme Court lawyer. Before losing consciousness, the lawyer activated the app by saying 'I need help', which immediately sent an alert. The app's developer, who received the alert, informed the police, and they took swift action to save the woman's life. This incident proves the app's effectiveness and usefulness. The 'Say Help' app is available for Android users on the Google Play Store and for iOS users on the App Store. After downloading the app, users have the option to sign in through three mediums: WhatsApp, Telegram, or phone number. After signing in, users need to set the app's language and voice recognition language. By default, the app is activated by saying 'HELP HELP HELP', which can be changed by the user as per their convenience. Once activated, the app immediately sends real-time video, audio, and GPS location to the police and emergency contacts. The alert sent by the app can be tracked by friends, family, and police, even if the emergency contact is not using the app themselves. Additionally, users need to enter personal information such as name, date of birth, gender, email, marks, tattoos, address, vehicle details, etc., so that quick identification and assistance can be ensured in an emergency situation. When adding emergency contacts through the app, users need to provide the name, phone number, medium for sending alerts (text message or WhatsApp), and relationship. This feature ensures that help is provided quickly and effectively in emergency situations. The 'Say Help' app is not only useful for women's safety but also for anyone who may be trapped in an emergency situation. Its simplicity, quick response, and effectiveness make it an essential tool. In today's era, where security is a challenge every moment, getting quick help through technology certainly provides relief.
