Speaking at the ‘Environment and Health Chintan Manthan’ event in Mysuru, organised by the Federation of Farmers’ Organisations and the State Sugarcane Growers’ Association as part of World Environment Day celebrations, Vali asserted that farmers—not doctors or hospitals—hold the key to building a disease-free society through the food they grow.
