New Delhi, May 22: India has emerged as the global leader in issuing Internationally Recognised Certificates of Compliance (IRCCs) under the Nagoya Protocol, accounting for 60% of all such certificates issued worldwide between 2017 and 2025. This achievement was highlighted in a progress report released by the Union Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change on the occasion of the International Day for Biological Diversity in Bhopal.
