The Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has suspended a driver from service for allegedly posting defamatory content against Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan on Facebook. The incident involves S. Sunilkumar, who is attached to the KSRTC Nedumkandam unit in Idukki district. According to the corporation, Sunilkumar not only shared defamatory remarks but also morphed and circulated a digitally altered image of the Chief Minister in a derogatory manner.
Departmental disciplinary action has been initiated against Sunilkumar by the KSRTC.
