M.S. Madhavikutty officially assumed the role of District Collector of Kozhikode on Monday, May 25, marking the beginning of a new administrative chapter for the district. Her appointment follows the transfer of the outgoing collector, Snehil Kumar Singh, whose presence was noted during the handover ceremony. Speaking at the event, Madhavikutty outlined her administration’s top priorities, placing special emphasis on addressing the challenges faced by vulnerable and marginalised communities.
