Sony has launched its latest premium television, the Bravia 7 II series, in India. This is the company’s first TV to feature True RGB Mini LED technology, where red, green, and blue LEDs are controlled independently. This enhances color accuracy and reduces the 'blooming' effect commonly seen in traditional Mini LED panels. Sony claims this technology improves color reproduction and delivers deeper blacks.
The Bravia 7 II incorporates Sony’s newest backlight control system, the RGB Backlight Master Drive Pro, which individually adjusts each LED for precise local dimming. Additionally, the TV includes RGB Triluminos Max with Luminance Booster, combining the color depth of QD-OLED with the brightness of Mini LED. It also features smooth color gradation, enhancing tonal transitions in both dark and bright scenes. Models measuring 65 inches and above come with X-Wide Angle Pro, maintaining color and contrast even from off-axis viewing positions.
